TEXA signed a collaboration agreement with Schrader International, the leading global designer and manufacturer of TPMS sensors, based on which the experts in the field will be able to proceed with programming Schrader aftermarket sensors using TEXA’s dedicated tools.
Schrader’s TPMS sensors are the most used worldwide and throughout 2014 they reached a record production of three hundred million models. The recent extension of the TPMS legislation from the United States to Europe (November 1st 2014) will give an additional boost to the proliferation of the sensors produced by the American group.
TEXA developed three solutions that allow experts in the field to work on the TPMS with the utmost efficiency, including programming the aftermarket valves and setting the electronic control units of vehicles:
AXONE S TPS is the most complete tool that allows tire specialists to carry out any operation related to tires on any type of technical configuration chosen by the manufacturer. The tool communicates with the vehicle’s OBD socket other than with the TPMS valve system in order to be able to also reprogram the control unit that manages the tires when necessary. TPS Display is the basic tool for tyre related operations, a simple stand-alone tool that is easy to use but that is featured by large versatility and vehicle coverage. TPS Key is the USB support that allows you to transform the AXONE 4 and AXONE 4 Mini interfaces into actual tyre control tools.
"The agreement with a leading company such as Schrader – highlights Elvis Colla, Sales & Marketing Director in TEXA – is a reason for great satisfaction for us and it represents a large competitive advantage for all the experts in the field that, using TEXA’s dedicated TPMS solutions, will have more complete, quick and easy to use equipment with a coverage of vehicles that is unmatched on the market.”
